We’re grateful you’re here. Our aim is to serve you with excellence from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find how shipping works at TriSeven Apparel.

Order Processing

Processing time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Made-to-order / custom items: May require 7-14 business days to prepare. Timelines will be shown on the product page. 90% of our items fit into this category.
Pre-orders: Estimated ship windows are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Ordering a pre-order item with in-stock items may result in a split shipment.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL (international).
Transit estimates (U.S.):
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Overnight: 1 business day (select locations)

Transit times are carrier estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasons.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries. Available options and pricing appear at checkout.
Duties & taxes: Unless stated otherwise, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any import fees assessed by the destination country.
Transit estimates: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Need to update your address or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processing.
We aren’t responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your label is created.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier’s first scan.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Marked “Delivered”)

Delayed in transit: If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 business days (U.S.) or 15 business days (international), reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received:
1. Verify the shipping address and check with neighbors/household, 2) Look for a notice or attempt slip, 3) Allow 3 business days—carriers sometimes scan early. If still missing, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier claim.
Confirmed lost: After the carrier’s investigation window, we’ll replace or refund your order (subject to item availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Split Shipments

To get in-stock items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

PO Boxes: Ship via USPS-eligible services.
APO/FPO/DPO: We’re honored to ship to military addresses via USPS where available. Standard transit times may be longer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it (additional postage may apply). If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the item cost minus original shipping once it’s safely received back at our facility.

Shipping Fees & Returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error.

Holiday & Peak Season

During high-volume periods (Nov–Dec, major releases), processing and transit times may extend slightly. We’ll post any known delays on our site banner.
